How we handle information, and how to tell us if we have got something wrong.
This site is written and maintained by residents, not by investigators or lawyers.
We follow four rules:
- Where something has been established by an investigation, we say so and name who established it.
- Where we are quoting an organisation, we quote it accurately and give the date.
- Where we are concerned about something, we say that we are concerned rather than stating it as fact.
- Where a question is unanswered, we leave it as a question.
The HSE investigation into the blast design is continuing. We will publish what it concludes, whatever it concludes.
